Stay away from soda

         Soda is one of the popular drinks in this era.  This beverage was made in USA in 1830, the consumption of this drink increase from year to year. Soda is available in many tastes and many prices, start from the cheapest to the most expensive one.  So, many people can easily consume it.  It offers freshness that can interest us to drink it.  However, there are still some people who do not know that it has many bad effects that can harm our body.  Drinking soda is not good for our health because it can damage our vital organs, increase possibility of ostheoporosis, and cause other degenerative diseases.

            Nowadays, soda has become one of the popular drinks in our daily life, and we do not realize it can damage our vital organs.  We do not realize that it has many elements that can give bad impacts for our body.  Its additive is not good for our body, it can cause some diseases.  For example the sweetener, it can trigger obese if we consume it frequently. Beside that, caffeine,  a diuretic and stimulant known to be addictive, can cause hard to sleep and its diuretic character can cause dehydration because we will easily want to urinate. Its preservative, Natrium Benzoate, is not good either. It is very dangerous for our body. If we consume it frequently, it can cause cell damage up to DNA level.  It also can damage our vital organs like kidney, and our digestion.  The calcium solution in soda can settle in our throat, skin cells, and other vital organs that can effect the function of our kidney. It can trigger our body suffer from renal calculus.  Renal calculus is a disease that attack our contain urine, which can cause pain when we urinate. Soda also has CO2 that can cause our body difficult to produce the important enzyme to run the digestion processes, so that can disturb digestion processes and the taking of food essences.
            Soda also can increase possibility of osteophorosis.  It has phosphoric acid, which is a chemical that adds a tangy or sour flavor.  The phosphoric acid can dissolve calcium in our bone, it potentially can scrape off our bone, so that our bone will become porous.  The scrape off can cause us suffer from osteophorosis earlier, which result in osteophorosis at early age. The compound of the soda also can scrape off the layer of enamel on our teeth, so that our teeth will easily become perforated and broken.  
            There are still some degenerative diseases can be triggerred by soda.  For example, soda can cause diabetes. As we know, diabetes is one of the diseases that can trigger other diseases come, like stroke and coroner heart damage.  It is necessary for us to remember that diabetes can appear not only because of the genetic factor but also because of bad habit.  Soda also can cause obese.  Soda drinks is rich of calory, the calory that go into our body can improve the risk of obese.  Remember, obese is also can trigger other diseases to come.  Soda also can cause any muscle problem.  Based on the research, the muscle problem that is caused by consuming soda too much is called hipokalemia.  The sufferer of hipokalemia experience potassium depreciation level in the blood that cause disturbance in our muscle vital function.  The symptom is, that the sufferer get weak muscle even insensible like paralysed.
            What should we do now? We can see the fact that soda does not has any nutrition at all.  The frequently consumption of soda really can harm our body, that is can damage our vital organs, can cause osteophorosis in early age, and can cause some other diseases.  The best way is, we must start to change our daily drinks to the healthy one like pure water, juice, or low fat milk and stop consuming soda frequently, or we will get the bad impact from the drink.
